Kikitrade has recently secured US$12 million in a pre-series A round co-led by British hedge fund billionaire Alan Howard, Dragonfly Capital, Cherubic Ventures, and Animoca Brands. Other investors also joined the round, including Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin and his new fund that’s still in stealth mode, as well as Vulpes, Artesian, Super Chain Capital, Head & Shoulders X, and SNZ.

Successful candidates will have an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and gain broad exposure to the blockchain and crypto industry and Kikitrade’s ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop trusted relationships with VIP clients and provide support, onboarding and other operation related matters
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Document client pain points, and communicate with various departments to provide solutions
Drive Volume of client transactions and user engagement on the app

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, business development, partnerships, account management, marketing or consulting
Fresh Graduate would be considered is experience is relevant
Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude with a passion in the provision of excellent customer experience
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Interest and basic knowledge in cryptocurrencies and the crypto ecosystem
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
