Introduction:
Everest Ventures Group (EVG) is a venture studio that focuses on the paradigm-shifting opportunities of digital assets and blockchain technologies backed by a consortium of renowned Asian conglomerates, family offices, and business leaders. We are a team of serial entrepreneurs, VCs, and financiers in their 20s & 30s, with venture partners and sister companies on both sides of the Pacific. Kikitrade, Aspen Digital, Vibra are the 3 incubated crypto projects under EVG.

Responsibilities:
Define goals, benchmarks, and metrics for Kikitrade & all EVG products operations efforts
Identify delivery gaps, recommend process improvements to optimise delivery output, drive internal projects to run a periodic review of the SOP completeness and accuracy
Work with the product and tech team to improve and enhance the operational efficiency
Streamline workflow and maintain consistency in practices through cross team knowledge sharing and alignment
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
Assist in monitoring daily trading operational issues and coordinate between internal and external parties to solve problems
Cooperate with the team and other departments to do data tracking of operational effects
Very flexible with capability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to facilitate well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization

Requirements:
2+ years of operational/ project management experience, preferably in e-commerce/financial/technology industry
University graduated in any disciplines are welcomed
Proven track record of operations/ project management experience
Hands on experience in drafting SOP
Software project management experience in the finance industry is a plus
Able to multi-task effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-orientated
Strong inter-communication skills to communicate and persuade effectively to teammates at all levels across the organization
Proficiency in working tools, especially in Microsoft Office (Data analytics tools will be a plus)
Experience/Interest in blockchain is a plus
Immediately available preferred
Candidate with less experience can be considered as Product Operations Associate
